Accommodation
We are pleased to announce that the flat above Caravel shop has been completely
refurbished and is now a select, well appointed self catering holiday suite.
Situated on Riverside Road next to the tidal Lyn River, Old lyn Cottage is in an
idyllic position with views across the river, harbour and out to sea.
The main door of the flat is on the first floor and leads into the spacious
open-plan dining/kitchen/living room with superb sea and river views.
The well equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, induction hob, microwave,
fridge freezer, and dishwasher.
Teabags, coffee and sugar sachets are provided along with a pint of milk to get
you started.
The dining table will sit 6 people comfortably. You can open the balcony doors and listen to the sound of the river and ducks at
breakfast or step onto the balcony with an evening drink.
The lounge area will sit up to 8 people; the sofa will convert into a
comfortable double bed should it be needed.
A smart TV offers iPlayer, Youtube, internet and more as well as
live broadcast programmes.
The bedrooms are on the second floor; the master bedroom has a double bed.
A beautiful airy room with double doors leading onto the top balcony.
The second bedroom has twin zip-link beds which can be joined to make a
superking. An antique wash basin adds to this room’s particular charm.
